1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cura Kitchen ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Permitted Use
Cura Kitchen is a food service cost management platform for restaurant and food service operators. You may use the Platform to manage your menu, costs, supplier relationships, and kitchen operations. You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the Platform's infrastructure.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@curakitchen.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including menus, invoices, and recipes. You grant Cura Kitchen a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the Platform's services. We do not use your operational data to train AI models.
5. Subscription and Payment
Pilot customers receive a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan terms are communicated separately. We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue accounts after providing notice.
6. AI-Assisted Features
The Platform uses AI to extract data from documents such as invoices and menus. AI extractions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all AI-extracted data before relying on it for financial or operational decisions. Cura Kitchen is not liable for decisions made based on unreviewed AI output.
7. Allergen Disclaimer
The allergen matrix and compliance features are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute regulatory advice. You are responsible for ensuring your operation meets all applicable food safety and allergen disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cura Kitchen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost revenue or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.
